Germany in RASFF, 2020–2025
Germany was the origin of 983 of 25,645 EU food notifications in 2020–2025 (3.8%), ranking 10th of 160 origins. 14.8% concerned dietetic foods, food supplements and fortified foods; the most-cited hazard class was pathogenic micro-organisms, and the most-cited substance salmonella.
