In week 40 of 2026 (28 Sep–4 Oct), the EU's RASFF system recorded 109 notifications affecting food and feed imports: 28 border rejections, 26 alerts, and 55 information notices. The most-affected origin countries were France, Poland and Spain. The list below gives each of these 109 notifications by date and RASFF reference, with the country that notified it and the hazard found; 81 carry the laboratory result and 32 say what happened to the consignment.
