In week 33 of 2025 (11–17 Aug), the EU's RASFF system recorded 77 notifications affecting food and feed imports: 13 border rejections, 25 alerts, and 39 information notices. The most-affected origin countries were China, Germany and Netherlands.
56 of this week's notifications concerned products that had reached the EU market; 13 led to a recall from consumers.
